HEALING JOURNEY BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern your booking for our upcoming 2-day Healing Journey in Victoria, BC. Please read them carefully, as by booking, you are agreeing to these terms.

The contract and booking are made with, and services will be provided by, Natasha Rocha and Lynne Cowburn. By booking this Healing Journey, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions related to the booking, cancellation policy, and limitations of liability.

BOOKING THE HEALING JOURNEY & THE CONTRACT

By making a booking for the June 28-29, 2025 Healing Journey, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. A booking is only considered confirmed once Natasha and Lynne send a confirmation email.

Please note: We require a minimum of 10 participants for the Healing Journey to proceed.

Eligibility: This Healing Journey is for participants aged 18 and over.

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unexpected events can affect your plans. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

If you cancel more than 30 days before the Healing Journey start date, you may request a partial refund (minus a cancellation fee).
All payments for the Healing Journey become non-refundable less than 30 days before the Healing Journey start date.

PRICING

The investment price for the Healing Journey is $690 CAD per person.

All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Natasha and Lynne are not responsible for any additional fees incurred due to currency exchange or charges by your bank/credit card for processing funds in another currency.

The price includes all services specified in your booking confirmation invoice. Travel to and from the Healing Journey, as well as any purchases made during the Healing Journey, are not included unless otherwise stated.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

You must inform Natasha and Lynne of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disabilities, or mental or physical conditions that may affect your participation. Failure to notify us may result in being excluded from certain activities at your own expense. Some conditions (such as pregnancy or certain physical disabilities) may make the Healing Journey unsuitable, so please contact us if you have concerns.

It is essential that you are accurate when disclosing your fitness level and medical conditions for your own safety. Natasha and Lynne will do our best to accommodate special requests but we cannot guarantee that all requests can be met.

Insurance: If you're traveling from outside Canada, it is required that you carry medical insurance. Natasha and Lynne will do our best to assist in finding medical facilities in case of emergencies, but we make no guarantees regarding the standard of care available.

Please add Natasha and Lynne's email addresses to your contact list to avoid our communication being marked as spam.

CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

Any cancellation must be made in writing via email and will only be valid once acknowledged by Natasha and Lynne.

In some cases, a refund may be possible, but this is subject to the circumstances of the cancellation.

CANCELLATION BY NATASHA AND LYNNE

We reserve the right to cancel the Healing Journey for any reason, but we will not cancel a Healing Journey less than 30 days before the Healing Journey start date unless under unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel the Healing Journey, you will be offered one of the following:

Transfer your payment to another Healing Journey within one calendar year, or
Receive a full refund of all monies paid under the contract as soon as possible.

Natasha and Lynne are not responsible for any incidental expenses or losses you may have incurred as a result of your booking.

SAFETY & TRIP ENJOYMENT

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. However, you are ultimately responsible for your own safety. Before attending the Healing Journey, all participants will be asked to sign a liability waiver.

Natasha and Lynne reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the Healing Journey if their behavior poses a threat to their own safety or the safety of others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

LIABILITY

Natasha and Lynne are not responsible for any improper performance of services related to the Healing Journey that result from actions attributable to the participant, third-party suppliers, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events.

In the event Natasha and Lynne are responsible for any injury, illness, or death caused by the negligence of our suppliers, our liability will be limited to the cost of the Healing Journey.

ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

The nature of the Healing Journey may involve personal risk. By participating, you acknowledge and assume all such risks. You release Natasha and Lynne from any liability for damages, injuries, or death resulting from these inherent risks.

At the time of payment, you are required to agree to these Terms and Conditions.
