The Castle in the Sky offers comfortable and cozy accommodation options, ranging from private rooms. Each room is designed to provide a tranquil and rejuvenating space for your retreat experience.

Lynne Cowburn
Like all her clients, Lynne has faced challenges in her life and knows the importance of a container of unconditional positive regard and warmth, to support moving through suffering, fear, pain and dysfunction.
With over 25 years of experience in counselling and mental health across three countries, Lynne has cultivated a deep insight into the human condition, and an array of skills, empathy and wisdom.
While Lynne is able to assist with a multitude of issues and concerns, she has a deep interest in and experience working with trauma, grief and loss.

Natasha is the founder Raising the Vibes Academy of Consciousness. Her spiritual awakening prompted a career shift from corporate life to aiding others, guided by the Akashic Records.
At 38, she pursued Craniosacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute and returned to college to study human anatomy, proving it's never too late for change.
Having assisted countless clients, Natasha specialises in empowering decisions across life, relationships, business, and health. Utilising natural healing methods like Akashic Records, Craniosacral Therapy, and Reiki, she liberates clients from limitations, fostering alignment in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual realms, enabling them to pursue their purpose.

This retreat is open to individuals aged 18 and over who are seeking personal growth, empowerment, and self-discovery.
The Retreat is in 450 Thetis Dr, Ladysmith, BC V9G 0A8, Canada, from Friday July 19, 2024 from 3pm to Sunday July 21, 2024 at 2pm.
Payments for the retreat can be made via e-transfer to [email protected] We will provide receipts upon full payment received.
If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat start date, you may request a partial refund (less a cancellation fee equal to the deposit). All retreat payments become non-refundable less than 30 days before the retreat start date.
A non-refundable deposit of $888 per person (plus submission of our online booking form) is required to complete your booking. The deposit must be paid by June 18, 2024, with full payment due by the same date.
Please bring comfortable clothes, including swimwear as the venue has a private hot tub. Additionally, don't forget your journal, yoga attire, and feel free to bring your own food if you prefer.
The retreat venue offers comfortable and cozy accommodation options, including both single occupancy and double occupancy rooms. Single occupancy rooms provide privacy, while double occupancy rooms are suitable for those who are comfortable sharing accommodations with others. King and queen beds are available to share.
The retreat schedule includes a variety of activities such as yoga, meditation, somatic work, Akashic Clearing, dance sessions, and hiking, designed to promote self-discovery, empowerment, and rejuvenation.
While we do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, please inform us of any specific dietary needs when booking. Meals provided during the retreat typically include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Participants are responsible for arranging their transportation to the retreat venue. There are 6 parking spots in the driveway and the rest may park on street.
The retreat is limited to a small group of participants, fostering an intimate and supportive atmosphere for personal growth and connection.
All retreat prices are quoted and payable in CDN. A non-refundable deposit of $888 is required to secure bookings until June 18, 2024, with full payment due by the same date. Payments are accepted via e-transfer. Please note that all deposits made on bookings are non-refundable and non-creditable unless we are able to rebook your place on the retreat.
