Dear light workers,

What is a light worker?  We refer to light workers as anyone that anchors light onto this planet. Today we ask you to hold fast. To take time every day to check in. Check into your self. Do a scan of your mental, emotional and physical bodies, and then ask each aspect of yourself what do you need today? We need to support ourselves on a multi dimensional level as we are multi dimensional beings.  

The planet is shifting and we along with it. Our systems are shifting to support the expansion and the ascension of the collective consciousness. As those around us are awakening, those that are already awake are also going through a more expansive awakening and getting to know themselves on a deeper level. Our nervous system‘s are calibrating to the energetic changes of the frequencies that we are aligned with. How many of you have children or have access to children on a daily basis? If you do, you realize that children are absolutely magnificent in their being.  As adults, we often feel so far removed from our inner child and their natural inner state of happiness. Tapping into your inner child can be just the missing ticket for you in terms of experiencing joy and bliss. 

Get creative!

Use your imagination. Dream, fantasize. So many times creativity has been suppressed because we are worried about other people and their judgement of us. We tend to not express ourselves because we are scared of judgement from others. When was the last time you danced in public for no reason and didn’t care about what other people were thinking? When was the last time you painted just for the joy of painting? 

Forgive.

This comes with a whole host of energetic shifts - from excitement, to fear, to a bit of confusion and panic. Visualization

Before you head out on a trip, make sure that you are visualizing the travelling process from start to finish. This will help your trip flow. Whenever you visualize, make sure that you are trying to stay in the highest possible timeline of what can happen. Hold steady in that vision. Your thoughts create your reality, so why not use those powerful thoughts for good?

What is ascension?  Ascension happens when you’re starting to awaken and expand. This happens when we begin to ask the big questions: looking within the universe, the cosmos and how we all fit into that. Sometimes when we shift our consciousness so rapidly there are physical symptoms that we go through. In that way, our spiritual expansion can often be echoed within our physical bodies as well. 

Flu-Like Symptoms

Sinuses running. Eyes watery. Coughing or  sneezing. These all function as a way of detoxing the body. This ascension symptom is common when we are releasing old patterns and bringing in new ones. How do we know if it’s a spiritual flu or a real flu? I always like to look at the lack of fever. If you are feeling generally unwell without any external reasons for it, this can typically be a sign that maybe you are going through an ascension process.
